The room was super spacious and clean. SPY-BAG restaurant was our favorite, with great food and drinks. They even surprised us for my hubby's bday with cake and decorations! Only wish the evening entertainment was a bit more live music vibe instead of shows.

The Lake Deluxe Villa felt spacious and was well-maintained daily. Enjoyed private access to the shared pool, perfect for morning swims. Kids loved the access to the aqua parks and various entertainment options at IC Green Palace. However, service at times lacked efficiency, requiring follow-ups for small requests. Although the mini bar was stocked daily and offered a good selection, there were some issues with pool cleanliness that couldn’t be overlooked. Dining at the Mavi restaurant impressed with a nice variety of dishes, but we faced a couple of instances where the wait for drinks was longer than expected. The location tolerably noisy during peak hours sometimes interrupted our relaxation. Access to the private beach area added an exclusive feel, even though poolside service could be more attentive. A nice setup but a bit hit-and-miss overall with staff responsiveness.
